Join us as Elizabeth River Baptist Church begins a Bible study on Henry Blackaby’s Experiencing God, starting Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 9:30 am. This Bible study will meet at the Elizabeth River Baptist Church annex. Please call the church office at 757-420-8478 for more information.
God is inviting you into an intimate love relationship through which He reveals to you His will, His ways, and His work. When you recognize where God is working, you can join Him in what He is doing. Carefully listening to His voice will anchor you in His plan and set you free to live it with boldness and freedom. Then you will experience God doing through you what only He can do.
Vacation Bible School 2026

- Magnified!: Kids explore tiny details like ladybugs, dew drops, or acorns to see God’s immense creativity and love.
- Key Verse: Psalm 34:3 – “O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together”.
- Core Message: God made us, cares for us, loves us, forgives us, and is faithful, teaching kids to proclaim His greatness.

We are givers at heart and we model that in our lives. We do not believe in creating a mega church with lots of beautiful buildings and facilities. Rather, we believe in giving back. A healthy community is ripe to hear God’s Word. We invite our members to give to any of our community programs on a regular basis.
